Truffle specialities, creams and sauces to spread on toast, sandwiches, bruschetta, or to accompany pasta dishes, meats, cheeses. Recommended for fillings (meat or pasta). To fully exploit its qualities, we recommend using 15-20 g sauce per person. Heat in extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt to taste.
