Fresh black truffle

Tartufo nero fresco

Ingredients:

400 grams of pasta 
80-100 grams of fresh black truffle 
Extra virgin olive oil

 

Preparation:

Grate the truffle into the pan. Add a little olive oil. 
Add salt to taste and heat for 3 - 4 minutes spread on toast will give an excellent appetizer. 
Or mix with pasta for a tasty first course.
