Tagliatelle with black truffle slices

Ingredients:Tagliatelle con lamelle di Tartufo nero

250 g egg noodles 
50 gr. strips of black truffle 
Extra virgin olive oil


Preparation:

Place in a pan strips of truffle and warm for a few minutes with a bit 'of extra virgin olive oil. 
Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente, drain and place in pan with the sauce and the dish is ready to be served.
