Pasta with Truffle Sauce Bagnoli Irpino

tagliatelle al tartufo e porcini

Ingredients:

250 gr. of egg noodles 
80 gr. truffle sauce 
extra virgin olive oil 
salt


Preparation:

Pour truffle sauce in a pan, add olive oil and salt. 
Heat the mixture for 3-4 minutes while cooking the pasta and place in pan with the sauce.
To blow the pasta and the dish is ready.
