Bruschetta with truffle ground

Ingredients:bruschetta with truffle

Slices of bread or baguette
40 gr. truffle paste
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt q.b.

 

Preparation:

Cut the bread slices and, if you're using threads, split in half.
Warm slices of bread in the toaster or oven. Meanwhile heat a pot of truffle pasta with a tablespoon of olive oil and salt to taste.
Spread the mixture on bread slices el'antipasto is ready.
